NICE Information Service Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A030190) agreed to acquire Eins Media Co Ltd for KRW 6.5 billion on May 7, 2024. As part of the transaction, NICE will acquire 0.4 million shares of Eins. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2024.
