(OTC Bulletin Board: NPDT), formed to take advantage of a strategic partnership with the top research and development institutions in Taiwan, and focused on the five of the fastest-emerging businesses in technology, today announced that it has named Weiling Tsao, former Vice President of Strategic Sales and Business Development at Advanced MicroDevices, Inc. (NYSE: AMD), as Chief Operating and Technology Officer.

Mr. Tsao has vast experience in the semiconductor, computer, and consumer electronics industries. His management background is broad-based with successful experience in growth, mature, and developing companies in both the United States and Asia Pacific. He has held a number of senior management positions in product development, product marketing, business development and strategic sales at ATI Inc., Trident Microsystems Inc., Nortel, Apple Inc., Amdahl Corporation, and SIIC Kehua Corp. Mr. Tsao holds a B.S. in EECS from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
