Core Key Value Fund 1 agreed to acquire 5.76% stake in HDPRO Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A214870) from Medici Stepladder Venture Fund For Green Growth of Medici Investment on February 6, 2017. Core Key Value Fund 1 will acquire 0.34 million shares of HDPRO. The deal is expected to close within March 20, 2017.
