On September 28, 2021, Neuropathix, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary Kannalife Sciences, Inc. was awarded a $2.97 million Phase 2 STTR Study Grant from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
