At the end of 2025, the real estate portfolio, consisting of 57 assets with a leasable area of 2.6 million m2, amounted, in market value, to EUR 8.2 billion broken down between retail (99%) and offices (1%). The portfolio in value is distributed geographically as follows: Romania (36%), Poland (34.4%), Bulgaria (7.5%), Hungary (6.6%), Slovakia (6.5%), Croatia (3.7%), the Czech Republic (2.4%), Lithuania (2.1%) and other (0.8%).
