With reference the Board of Directors Meeting of NEP Realty and Industry Public Company Limited. No 7/2022 held on July 21,2022 resolved to appoint Miss Nutraphut Supukkunkarn as the Company Secretary, in replacement of Miss Akeera Thitichayawat has resigned from the position of Company Secretary, effective form July 21,2022 onwards.
