NEP Realty and Industry : Notification on the appointment of Director, Appointment of acting Managing Director and Change of the Authoriz

Subject:	Notification on the appointment of Company Director, Appointment of acting Managing
	Director and Change of the Authorized Directors

With reference the Board of Directors Meeting of NEP Realty and Industry Public Company Limited ("the Company") No. 8/2022 held on August 11, 2022, has the significant resolutions as follows:

1. Acknowledged the resignation of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, Mr. Weerachat Lohsiri, which is effective from August 1, 2022 onwards.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Vee Worasakyothin Deputy Managing Director be acting in the position of Managing Director.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Vee Worasakyothin and Gen. Woraphan Worasakyothin, Director

in replacement of company directors who resigned from their position. Consequently, the Board of Directors as of August 15, 2022 onwards is as follows:

1.	Pol. Gen. Somchai Vanichseni	Chairman of the Board of Directors
2.	Mrs. Chantira Srimuangphan	Company Director
3.	Ms. Nipa Lamjiakthet	Company Director
4.	Lt. Gen. Chiraphat Malai	Company Director
5.	Ms. Orayaporn Kanchanajaree	Company Director
6.	Mr. Pairote Sanyadechakul	Company Director
7.	Mr. Sunthorn Pojthanamas	Company Director
8.	Mr. Suthiporn Chantavanich	Company Director
9.	Dr. Warothai Kosolpisitkul	Company director
10.	Gen. Woraphan Worasakyothin	Company Director
11.	Mr. Vee Worasakyothin	Company Director

4. Approved the change of name of directors who are authorized to sign and bind the Company which is effective form August 15, 2022 onwards. The details of which are as follows:

From:

"Pol. Gen. Somchai Vanichsenee, Mr. Weerachart Lohsri, Dr. Warotai Kosolpisikul; any two of these three directors jointly sign with the Company's seal affixed"

To be:

"Pol. Gen. Somchai Vanichsenee, Dr. Warotai Kosolpisikul, Mr. Vee Worasakyothin; any two of these three directors jointly sign with the Company's seal affixed"
