Since NEO Finance inception, our top priority has beento ensure the transparency and stability of the platform. Stability is the key not only for the business sustainability butalso for the security of investments. Note that Buyback pricing coefficients were last revised in2016, with the exception of theA+ rating, where the coefficient was changed from0,7 to 1 in2021.
Today, in responseto the changing microeconomic environment and in orderto maintain the rightbalance between our long-term objectives and market trends, weare introducing changes to Buyback pricing conditions. These changes willalso makea significant contributionto the long-term sustainability of the platform.

IMPORTANT:
If you entered into an investment agreement withNEO Finance after1 March2023, the new coefficients for funded loans will apply from14 September2023.
If you entered into an investment agreement withNEO Finance before 1 March2023, the new coefficients for funded loans will apply from1 March2024.
