(Lysaker, 5 September 2008): The facility management company NEAS has
signed an agreement with Jernbaneverket regarding maintenance of
railway stations. The agreement lasts to Christmas and has an initial
value of NOK 6.8 million. There is a great potential for additional
work in the contract.

The agreement includes upgrading of selected railway stations in the
Oslo area and involves among other thing installments of elevators,
electrical works, brick and tile works in addition to installments of
new platforms. The agreement will be conducted in the subsidiary
Nexus.

- We are pleased that Jernbaneverket selected Nexus as their
contractor. The agreement includes several specialized fields and is
a good illustration of the broad based expertise in Nexus. In
addition, the agreement will contribute to high capacity utilization
in the subsidiary in the period, says Chief Executive Officer Tor
