(Lysaker, 25 November 2008): The Facility Management company NEAS has
developed a concept for print, printing and distribution services
which is now being established in Bergen in cooperation with OCÉ.
Total duration of the agreement is three years and the value is
estimated to NOK 5.1 million.

- The experience with our document centre in Oslo has so far been
very positive and we are now expanding the concept to other
geographical regions. At the same time our tenants to a larger extent
demand more complex solutions. We have a very positive relation with
OCÉ and we are certain that this expansion will be positive for all
parties involved, says CEO Tor Rønhovde in NEAS ASA.

The document centre provides full handling of all print and printing
assignments in addition to distribution systems based on
international standards. The solutions can be implemented locally at
the customer or in a centre established by NEAS. The first centre was
established at Skullerud in March 2007 and is equipped with state of
the art technology.
