NCB Financial Group Limited announced that Director, Mr. Wayne Chen, will retire at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company (to be held January 26, 2018) and he will not seek re-election. The resignation take effective on January 26, 2018. In addition he has resigned from the entities within the group on which he currently serves the entities are NCB Insurance Company Limited; West Indies Trust Company limited; NCB (Cayman) Limited; NCB Capital Markets (Cayman) Limited; NCB Trust Company (Cayman) Limited.
