Navios Maritime Partners L.P. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.02 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. This distribution represents an annualized distribution of $0.08 per unit. The cash distribution will be payable on February 14, 2019 to unit holders of record as of February 11, 2019.
Navios Maritime Partners LP is a Monaco-based international owner and operator of dry cargo and container vessels. The Company is engaged in the seaborne transportation services with a range of dry cargo commodities, including iron ore, coal, grain, fertilizer, and containers. It owns and operates its worldwide fleet with a diversified customer base which focuses on providing seaborne shipping services under long-term time charters. Panamax vessels carry a range of dry cargo commodities, including iron ore, coal, grain and fertilizer and being accommodated in various discharge ports.
