Navios Maritime Partners L.P. announced the appointment of Mrs. Orthodoxia Zisimatou to its Board of Directors. She is currently Secretary General of the Union of Piraeus Shipping Lawyers. Mrs. Zisimatou is a Member of the Permanent Committee of Maritime Policy, Security and Protection of Environment of the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping, Member of the Legal Committee of the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping and Maritime Arbitrator of the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping. Navios Partners has also announced that Dimitris Papastefanou Gkouras, a director of Navios Partners’ since June 2013, has resigned.
