GAS NATURAL FENOSA has opened a new customer service centre in the heart of Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia, on Calle Mallorca, 237bis. The purpose of the new centre is to improve service both for domestic customers and for SMEs, and to enhance personalised service.

This is one of the 3 new flagship customer service centres opened by the energy company in Spain, the other two being in Madrid and A Coruña, respectively. They are spacious, modern in design and offer a more effective, personal service.

The centre in Barcelona has a useful surface area of 144 m2 and has six customer service desks. Like the other flagship centres, it has waiting rooms, queue management, areas for displaying and demonstrating innovative products and a meeting room.
