5.Cause of occurrence:
 National Aerospace Fasteners Corporation (TWSE:3004) today announced
 2022 first half consolidated Financial Report results.
 With continues recovery of global traffic,the consolidated revenues
 was NT$ 497 million for the second quarter of 2022, increasing of
 17.10% as compare to NT$ 425 million in the previous quarter's
 revenue and an increasing of 59.8% as compare to NT$ 311 million
 in the same period last year.
 The total consolidated revenue for 2022 first half was NT$922 million,
 increasing NT$279 million (43.4%) as compared to NT$ 643 million in
 the same period in 2021 and the accumulated net operating income was
 NT$27 million, increasing NT$115 million as compared to the same
 period in 2021.
 The net income after tax for 2022 first half was NT$26 million,
 the earning per share was NT$0.50.
 The net income after tax for 2022 first half was NT$26 million and
 the net loss after tax for 2022 first quarter was NT$23 million.
 It is mainly due to the closure of the second plant in Kunshan, China.
 The one-off recognize disposal of asset losses was up to NT$26 million,
 and the net profit after tax (after deducting the one-off recognize
 disposal of asset losses) was NT$2.0 million for the first quarter
 of 2022. The net profit after tax was NT$50 million for the second
 quarter of 2022. Due to the approval notice from the National
 Taxation Bureau, the Company's overestimated income tax benefit of
 NT$22 million in the previous year was recognized. After deducting
 the aforementioned one-off asset disposal losses and income tax
 benefits, the net profit after tax for the first half of 2022 was
 NT$30 million.
