5.Cause of occurrence:
 The company held the second annual general meeting at 9:00 am
 on July 13, 2022.
 Until the closing date, the total number of issued shares of the company is
 46,759,750 shares, out of a total of 13,075,330 shares attending the
 shareholders meeting,the attendance rate was 27.96%. Since the statutory
 number of shares for the meeting was not reached, the chairman was approved
 by the company according to the Article 9 of the Rules and Procedures of
 shareholders' meeting  that the meeting was announced to be postponed
 twice for a total of 20 minutes. However, after the postponement of
 the meeting time, the number of shares present did not reach the required
 number of shares for the meeting.
 The chairman announced the Company's 2022 second annual general
 meeting adjourned.
