Yumi Nagai is a certified labor and social security attorney with a wealth of practical experience in human resource administration and labor management. She excels in judgment based on a legal approach and plays an important role in providing supportive work environment while ensuring compliance with the Labor Standards Law. With this appointment, the Company expects better human capital management to enhance its corporate value.

Changes in management:

In order to further expand its business and take on new challenges in the rapidly changing crypto asset and blockchain industry, Coincheck has decided to make management changes, based on the belief that further rapid decision-making and execution are important. Founder Koichiro Wada has assumed the position of Founder & Advisor in order to concentrate on catching up with the latest information and research and development of crypto assets. He will also become Principal Architect of Coincheck Group, a Dutch company.
