Modern Land (China) Co., Limited announced unaudited sales results for the fourth quarter and the full year of 2013. For the quarter, total contracted sales of the group were RMB 1,999 million. Of which, contracted sales of properties were RMB 1,867 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces was RMB 132 million. Gross floor area pre-sold for properties was 135,900 sq.m, with an average selling price of RMB 13,738 per sq.m. 1,082 car parking spaces were pre-sold with an average selling price of RMB 122,489 per car parking space.

For the full year of 2013, total contracted sales of the Group were RMB 4,365 million. Of which, contracted sales of properties were RMB 4,146 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces were RMB 219 million. GFA pre-sold for properties was 369,300 sq.m. with an average selling price of RMB 11,227 per sq.m. 1,679 car parking spaces were pre-sold with an average selling price of RMB 130,565 per car parking space. As compared with 2012, contracted sales of properties increased by approximately 61%; GFA pre-sold increased by 16%; and the average selling price from the pre-sales increased by 38%.
