Mobile TeleSystems : MTS Announces 2024 AGM Results

Moscow, Russia - Mobile TeleSystems Public Joint Stock Company ("MTS" or "the Company") (MOEX: MTSS), a digital ecosystem, announces the decisions reached at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held in absentia on June 26, 2024.

The AGM adopted the following decisions, among others:
• To approve the distribution of profits and payment of final annual dividends for 2023 in the amount of RUB 68.6 billion[1], or RUB 35.00 per ordinary MTS share with a par value of RUB 0.1;
• To set July 16, 2024, as the dividend record date;
• To elect a new MTS Board of Directors consisting of nine members, the majority of whom are independent directors;
• To elect the members of the Company's Auditing Commission;
• To approve Business Solutions and Technologies JSC as MTS's auditor; and
• To approve MTS's Charter as amended and the Regulations on the Board of Directors as amended.
