Mobile Streams plc announced a major strategic partnership contract with International Gaming Systems ("IGS") which is expected to deliver significant revenue to the Company. As a result, the Company expects its monthly revenue across all services to exceed $120,000 this month. The revenue share contract with IGS will see IGS's gaming and entertainment services launched and made available globally via the MOS website mobilegaming.com and via MOS telco contracts when ready.

These services will begin in First Quarter this year with the initial launch of a FIFA Esports tournament involving a top Eurasian football league and a trading service for online gaming skins. These will precede the rollout of further Esports, gaming and content services that IGS will deliver via Mobilegaming.com. IGS will also actively look for other opportunities to grow revenues in partnership with the Company.

Additionally, IGS will be using the Steams platform to accelerate and better target its marketing services. Under the terms of the contract, IGS has committed to deliver minimum revenue to MOS of $720,000 over the first six months, a portion of which will be paid to IGS and MOS will fund modest start-up costs.
