MJ Gleeson plc Appoints Carol Elaine Bailey as Chair of the Company's Sustainability Committee, Member of the Company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, with Immediate Effect

MJ Gleeson plc announced that Carol Elaine Bailey, who joined the Board on 1 March 2021 as an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as Chair of the Company's Sustainability Committee and additionally as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, with immediate effect.
