MISUMI Group Inc. announced that at a board of directors meeting held on April 24, 2014. Mr. Tadashi Saegusa changed the positions from Representative Director, Chairman and CEO to Director, Chairman of the board of directors meetings and strategic advisor. Mr. Ryusei Ono appointed as CEO. Masayuki Takaya changed the positions from Representative Director, Co-CEO and Vice Chairman to Representative Director and Vice Chairman.
The planned changes shall be made official pending at annual general meeting of shareholders to be held June 13, 2014.
