Business Summary

Mirarth Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the planning, development, sale and liquidation business of the newly built condominium Leben series, as well as the energy business. The Company operates through four business segments. The Real Estate Sales Business segment mainly engages in the sale of newly built condominiums, income real estate and detached houses, as well as the renewal condominium business. The Real Estate Rental Business segment is engaged in the rental business of offices and residential condominiums. The Real Estate Management Business segment is engaged in the comprehensive management business of condominiums. The Energy Business segment conducts power generation business using renewable energy nationwide. The Company also engages in nursing care business, construction business, commissioned sales agency business, investment management business and hotel business.
