Summary on Results

Probe Card

• Sales of both memory and non-memory probe cards continued to be strong.（see page 11）
• In terms of profit, the Company maintained a high profit level due to the continued stable operation form high-level of orders.

• Sales of probe units and semiconductor test sockets remained strong. （see page 12）
