Microcosm Technology Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 112.683 million compared to TWD 116.267 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 9.646 million compared to TWD 922,000 a year ago. Net income was TWD 17.997 million compared to TWD 34.449 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.26 compared to TWD 0.5 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.26 compared to TWD 0.49 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 182.490 million compared to TWD 239.292 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 790,000 compared to operating Income of TWD 18.153 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 16.836 million compared to TWD 40.370 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.24 compared to TWD 0.58 a year ago.
