ASSET ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSALS:
Further to the announcement on 24th February 2021 (Announcement Reference: SG210224OTHRFGSC), Mewah International Inc. ("Mewah") wishes to announce that the transfer of shares of 68.4% equity interest in Mega Agro Pte. Ltd. ("Mega Agro") has been completed on 1st March 2021.
Mega Agro is now a majority owned indirect subsidiary of Mewah.
