2. Reason for resolution
The Company works to provide continuously and stably return profits to shareholders, in the form of dividend. Under this policy, the Company calculated the ordinary dividend of 30.00 yen per share based on the business performance of fiscal year ended March 31, 2021.
The Company celebrated its 70th anniversary on February 8, 2021, and would like to express its sincere gratitude to its shareholders and other related parties for their continued support.
Therefore, in order to respond to the daily support of its shareholders, the Company has decided to implement an additional dividend of 5.00 yen per share.
As a result, the annual dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021 will be 35.00 yen per share.
