Megmilk Snow Brand Co., Ltd. (TSE:2270) signed a basic agreement to acquire additional 33.2% stake in Belle Neige Direct Co., LTD from Senshukai Co., Ltd. (TSE:8165) on October 12, 2018. Megmilk Snow Brand Co., Ltd. (TSE:2270) will sign a definitive agreement with Senshukai Co., Ltd in Late December 2018. Under the terms, Megmilk Snow Brand will acquire 3324 shares and increase the shareholding from 4460 shares (33.4%) to 0.01 million shares (66.6%) in Belle Neige Direct. Senshukai will reduce the shareholding from 8895 shares (66.6%) to 5571 shares (33.4%) in Belle Neige Direct. In related transaction, Megmilk Snow Brand will acquire 3324 shares of Belle Neige Direct through a third-party allocation on October 12, 2018. The transaction is expected to be completed by early January 2019.
