MEDINAH MINERALS, INC. MASGLAS Limited signed an agreement to acquire 20.7% stake in Medinah Minerals Inc. (OTCPK:MDMN) from Juan José Quijano Fernández and his family on July 6, 2015. MASGLAS completed the purchase of 218 million shares out of 280 million shares on July 6, 2016.
