NEW YORK, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Medialink Worldwide Incorporated (Nasdaq: MDLK) today announced that a public relations strategist has joined its Washington, D.C., office and a former media account director and Nielsen account manager is now part of its team in New York.

Tomeka Rawlings is a Senior Account Manager in the company's office in the nation's capital where she will work with governmental, association, and corporate clients providing counsel and solutions in meeting their internet and broadcast communications needs. Ms. Rawlings currently serves as the President of the 650-member Washington, D.C., Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

Ms. Rawlings started her public relations career as an intern with the National Press Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and at Shandwick Public Affairs. Her professional experience includes communications management positions at the National Medical Association; The Navy League of the United States; the National SAFE KIDS Campaign; and the Consortium for Oceanographic Research and Education.

Nellie Chung has joined Medialink as an Account Manager in its New York headquarters. Ms. Chung's professional career includes four years in business development providing client management solutions for The Nielsen Company.

Ms. Chung began her career at New York Entertainment before taking her first sales position as a Senior Account Executive at Encompass Media. She is a former Fashion Account Executive at Gerard Bedouk Publishing and was most recently a Senior Account Director at Vidicom. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and studied abroad at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.
