Art Port Invest Inc. agreed to acquire 4.37% stake in Ad Me Tech Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7778) from MBK Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3121) on December 18, 2017. Art Port Invest Inc. will acquire 0.18 million shares of Ad Me Tech Co.,Ltd. Prior to the transaction, MBK Co.,Ltd. held 0.39 million shares amounting to 9.74% stake and after the transaction, MBK Co.,Ltd. will hold 0.22 million shares amounting to 5.37% stake in Ad Me Tech Co.,Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed on December 19, 2017. The transaction will result in a gain of ¥27 million.
