Caeneus Minerals Ltd. provided an update on the assay results from the drilling program recently completed at the highly prospective Roberts Hill Project in the Mallina Basin, Pilbara WA on 5 October 2021. A total of 197 air-core drill holes were completed for a total of 15,999 metres of drilling from which a total of 5,181 drill samples were sent for analysis. Sampling methodology involved the use of 4 metre composites on all drill holes except for 1 metre intervals being used where sulphide and silica alteration was observed. The Company can securely track its samples through an online portal with its Perth based analytical laboratory and can confirm that the laboratory received all 5,181 drill samples between 23 August 2021 and 15 October 2021. As at the date of this announcement, the laboratory has not completed the analysis of any Company drill samples. The Company announced on 5 October 2021 its first batch of analytical results were due at the end of October 2021. Due to unprecedented drilling activity in Western Australia there have been industry wide delays with high demand for analytical results. Accordingly, the Company now expects to receive the first portion of its assay results in the second half of November 2021. The Company has an existing policy that assay results will be sent directly to the CEO, who will analyse the results and report them to the Board. The handling of exploration results, including assay results(when received) is dealt with in accordance with the Company's Continuous Disclosure Policy (located on its website).
