Malayan Flour Mills Berhad announced the redesignation of Mr. Quah Poh Keat aged 69 years as Independent and Non Executive Chairman of Audit Committee from Independent and Non Executive Member of Audit Committee of the company with effect from August 18, 2022. Composition of Audit Committee to be Quah Poh Keat (Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director); Datuk Oh Chong Peng (Senior Independent Non-Executive Director); Dato' Seri Zainal Abidin bin Mahamad Zain (Independent Non-Executive Director); Dato' Maznah binti Abdul Jalil (Independent Non-Executive Director).
