Majesco announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017. Revenue for the third quarter ended December 31, 2017 was $31.8 million as compared to $30.0 million in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal year. The 5.9% increase during the quarter was due to the new programs in North America as well as growth in the APAC region. Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter ended December 31, 2017 was $2.2 million (6.8% of revenue) as compared to $1.7 million (5.8% of revenue) for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Revenue for the nine months ended December 31, 2017 was $90.0 million as compared to $93.6 million in the corresponding nine months of last fiscal year. The 3.8% decrease during the nine months was due to subscription based cloud programs with lower implementation revenues, which replaced several on-premise P&C programs moving from implementation to support services. Adjusted EBITDA for the nine months ended December 31, 2017 was $2.8 million (3.1% of revenue) as compared to $4.5 million (4.8% of revenue) for the nine months ended December 31, 2016. Net loss for the nine months ended December 31, 2017 was $5.4 million, or $0.15 per share as compared to a net loss of $0.1 million, or $0.00 per share, for the nine months ended December 31, 2016. Loss from operations was $3,267,000 against income of $29,000 a year ago. Loss before provision for income taxes was $3,792,000 against loss before provision for income taxes of $207,000 a year ago.
