São Paulo, January 27th, 2016 - Magnesita Refratários S.A. (Novo Mercado: MAGG3 | OTCQX: MFRSY) ("Company") announces to the Company's shareholders and the market in general that, in addition to the Notice to the Shareholders published on December 14th, 2015, the auction for the sale of fractions resulting from the share grouping process will be held on BM&FBOVESPA on January 28th, 2016, from 5:55pm to 6:00 pm (Brazilian time).
A total of 12,350 common shares will be auctioned, and the stock reference price for the auction will be equivalent to the closing price of the stock in today's trading session.
Once the fractions are fully sold, the Company will announce through a Notice to Shareholders the amount to be paid, as well as the date on which the proceeds from the auction will be made available to the shareholders.
