With reference to your emails dated 8th September, 2022bearing letter No. NSE/CM /Surveillance/12270 dated 8th September, 2022regarding clarification on price movement and spurt in price, we hereby submit that the company has always disclosed, to the stock exchange, all the material information, which has a bearing on the operations/ performance of the company including all necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the "Listing Regulations") within the stipulated time.

We hereby further submit that we are not aware of the reason of significant movement in the price and spurt in price of our shares. The movement and spurt in the share price is purely market driven and may be combination of various factors including market conditions.

Referring to your e-mails, we, would also like to clarify that there are no pending information/ announcement, to be made as of date. As per our understanding, fluctuation and spurt in the share price of the Company seems purely market driven.

We would like to reiterate that the Company has always and will continue to adhere to the compliances required under the Listing Regulations and other applicable laws.

Further, we would also like to reiterate that, in the event there is any development which requires disclosure under Regulation 30 of SESI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015, we will make the same in accordance with regulatory requirement.
