On April 13, 2021, Mr. Robert Mahaney notified Mackinac Financial Corporation (the "Company") of his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company and the Board of Directors of mBank, effective April 13, 2021. Mr. Mahaney intends to focus full-time on his business interests and civic activities.
