M&A Capital Partners Co.,Ltd announced consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended September 30, 2020. For the period, on consolidated basis the company's reported net sales were ¥11,871 million against ¥12,592 million a year ago. Operating income was ¥5,051 million against ¥5,855 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was ¥3,407 million or ¥109.18 per basic share against ¥3,925 million or ¥125.77 per basic share a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was ¥105.02 against ¥123.32 a year ago.
For the year, on non-consolidated basis the company's reported net sales were ¥10,191 million against ¥10,918 million a year ago. Operating income was ¥4,947 million against ¥5,825 million a year ago. Profit was ¥3,351 million or ¥107.38 per basic share against ¥3,962 million or ¥126.98 per basic share a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was ¥103.29 against ¥124.51 a year ago.
