LITALICO Inc. (TSE:7366) entered into an equity transfer agreement to acquire Developmental Disability Center of Nebraska from Rachidi Adedokoun and other shareholders for $29.5 million on June 14, 2024. Rachidi Adedokoun holds 89.99% stake and the remaning 10.01% stake is held by 4 other shareholders. This acquisition is expected to be funded by debt from MUFG Bank, Ltd. In the financial year 2023, Developmental Disability Center reported a sales of approximately $26 million, net assets of $7.72 million, total assets of $8.32 million and operating profit of $9.26 million. The transaction is expected to close on June 26, 2024.
