On August 8, 2022, Lionheart III Corp (the "Company") and Security Matters Limited ("SMX") issued a press release announcing that a pre-recorded call discussing the previously announced business combination between the Company and SMX will be available via an audio link on each company's website. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
