CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

SALE OF RED SQUARE RESIDENTIAL FLATS (LOT 2989 GABORONE)

In line with Section 6.8 of the Equity Listings Requirements ('the Listings Requirements') of the Botswana Stock Exchange Limited, the Directors of Letlole La Rona Limited ('LLR' / 'the Company'), hereby advise Unitholders that the Company is in the process of selling Red Square residential flats

at Lot 2989 Gaborone ('the Asset').

In its efforts to maximise stakeholder returns, the Company has embarked on a deliberate asset

management strategy to unlock value thus optimising the portfolio's total returns. This strategy

involves disposing of assets which provide relatively lower returns and replacing them with those that yield superior returns.

It is against this background the a decision was taken to dispose of Red Square residential apartments. The Asset is being sold in line with the Sectional Titles Act (Cap 33:04) (as amended) and all regulations thereunder. The Company is currently in the process of concluding Sales Agreements with potential buyers.

Unitholders and investors are therefore advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company's securities until such a time that the transaction has been concluded.
