APPOINTMENT OF ACTING TRUSTEE - LETLOLE LA RONA LIMITED DEBENTURE

TRUST DEED

The Board of Directors of Letlole La Rona Limited (LLR / the Company) hereby notify Unitholders that following the passing of a resolution approving the appointment of Ms. Olivia Britz as the Trustee under the Debenture Trust Deed ("Trustee") at the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting, Ms. Olivia Britz has indicated that she can no longer continue with the said appointment due to a change in her circumstances.

In light of the above development, the Board of LLR has appointed Mr. Stephen David Pezarro as the acting Trustee and Mr. Kopanang Nyaladzo Thekiso as his successor, both directors of Desert Secretarial Services Proprietary Limited, to fulfil the duties and responsibilities as the Trustee. Approval for their formal appointment shall be sought from Unitholders simultaneously to that for the proposed changes to the Trust Deed and Constitution of the Company.

The Board wishes to assure Unitholders that the transition process is being managed effectively to ensure continuity and compliance with the obligations set out in the Botswana Stock Exchange Limited Equity Listings requirements and the Companies Act.
