On Nov. 16, 2011, the commendation meeting for the National Enterprise Technical Center was held grandly in Shenzhen. The Technical Center of Zhejiang LEO Co., Ltd. was recognized as the 18th Batch of National Enterprise Technical Center by the National Development and Reform Committee,  the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance,  the General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration of Taxation.
  A National Enterprise Technical Center should have a significant sales volume, along with the initiative to innovate and carry out all operations in exemplary fashion. Any enterprise with a National Enterprise Technical Center, will firstly receive financial support, after which it is enabled to attract and hire talent, through which more advanced technology can be developed and introduced.
  The recognition of the National Enterprise Technical Center is a strong indication that we are at the forefront in innovative ability, and that we play an exemplary and guiding role in the industry.
