Vancouver, July 18, 2017 - Leagold Mining Corporation (TSX-V: LMC) ('Leagold' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that it has received final approval for its common shares to be listed and commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the 'TSX') at the market open on Thursday, July 20, 2017. The Company will retain its current trading symbol of 'LMC'. Leagold's common shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange on July 20, 2017, upon commencement of trading on the TSX.
