LDC Dental Public Company Limited ("the Company") offered newly issued ordinary shares to the existing shareholders for 100.00 million shares at par value of Baht 1.00 each and to the Private Placement for 2 times: the 1st time - 50.00 million shares at par value of Baht 1.63 each and the 2nd time - 50.00 million shares at par value of Baht

1.56 each. The Company received approximately Baht 254.08 million (after the expenses of the share offering) from the increased share capital as notified to the Stock Exchange of Thailand all along.

The Company hereby reports the use of proceeds from the offering of the ordinary capital increase shares as of June 30, 2022 as follows :
