Lansen Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Lee Jin Yi resigned as a Non-executive Director of Lansen and will cease to be the member of the Remuneration Committee, the member of the Audit Committee and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of Lansen 31 October 2019.
