Stanton van Rooyen Resigns from Labat Africa Limited as Company Secretary

Labat Africa Limited advised that Mr. Stanton van Rooyen has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 31 January 2015, although he remains with the Company and will be focusing on developing the logistics business within the group. Arbor Capital Company Secretarial Proprietary Limited has been appointed with effect from 2 February 2015.
