An unknown buyer agreed to acquire Shunan Kaihatsu LLC from L'attrait Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:8885) for ¥0.1 million on December 13, 2018. Date of signing is December 14, 2018. Before completion, L'attrait Co., Ltd. held 100% stake and post completion, it will cease to hold any stake in Shunan Kaihatsu LLC. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of L'attrait Co., Ltd. on December 13, 2018 and is expected to close on December 28, 2018.
