KUWAIT FINANCE HOUSE KSC "KFH" Honors 36 Employees for Receiving Specialized Banking Certificates
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has honored 36 employees for receiving specialized and authorized banking certificates, which confirms KFH keenness on upgrading the capacity of human resources and encouraging the staff to continue the development and good performance.
General Manager Human Resources and General Services at KFH, Zeyad Al-Omar said that KFH counts on its staff who is the cornerstone in the development process and who has the ability to get the highest certifications in all fields. He added during the honoring ceremony that obtaining such certificates motivates other employees and contributes to improve capabilities to compete and prove success.
He stressed that KFH spares no efforts to arm its staff and equip them with all what they need to support their efforts that aim at improving themselves scientifically and practically.
The honorees obtained different certificates in different specialization such as banking, risk management, human resources, credit, finance and so forth.
The staff expressed great appreciation for this initiative and showed their loyalty to the bank considering these prestigious certificates as a responsibility to work tirelessly for the sake of better performance that serves the bank's goals and achieves clients' aspirations.
