KTL Global Limited Announces Resignation of Wu Yongqiang as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, Non-Executive Chairman and Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nominating Committee and Performance Share Scheme Committee

KTL Global Limited announced that Wu Yongqiang has resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, with effect from 27 June 2022, to pursue other personal interests. Wu will, following his resignation, relinquish his roles as member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nominating Committee and Performance Share Scheme Committee.
